What Can Be Returned
We accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Wrong items delivered

- Missing items from your order
To be eligible for return or refund:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unopened and in their original condition (except for damaged items)
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables (after 24 hours)
- Opened food packages
- Frozen or chilled items (unless delivered damaged)
- Items without a receipt or proof of purchase
